All UK orders are printed to order, packed and dispatched in 1-2 working days and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (delivery in 1-3 working days).
I aim to despatch all orders the same business day (Monday to Thursday) for orders received before 11a.m. and the next business day for orders received after 11a.m
Total shipping time can be up to 4 days.

ADDRESS
When ordering, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. I cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping to. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, I will be able to make the necessary changes.
RETURNS
I work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your order. I will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, preferably within the packaging they arrived in.
